ローフードとは、加熱加工されていない生の食事のことなんですね。
加熱をしないで食べることによって、酵素をしっかり摂取することができます。

酵素はダイエットを成功させるために必要なもので、代謝をアップさせてくれる効果があるんですね。
キャサリン妃は、妊娠中に増えてしまった体重を、このローフードダイエットを行ったことで出産前の体重まで戻すことに成功したそうです♪

ローフードダイエットのやり方って？

身体に必要な酵素を摂ることができるローフード、このローフードを使ったダイエットというのは、どのように行えばいいのでしょうか？その方法をご紹介していきますね！

生で食べるように！

ローフードダイエットというのは、生で食べ物を食べるというもので、加熱したものを食べないようにするというものなんですね。
ですから、基本的にはこのローフードをメインに食べるようにする…という事になります。
加熱していないというもの…ということだけではなく、「加工されていないもの」を選ぶという事も大切になってきます。

例えば、一見ダイエットに良さそうなヨーグルトも加工されているものなので、ローフードダイエットの時には除外します。
どれだけ本格的に取り組むかによっても変わってきますが、大まかにいうとこのような感じになります。

食べて良いものは？

加熱していない生の野菜や果物なら食べても大丈夫です。
その他には、海藻類、ドライフルーツ、発酵食品、生のナッツ類などですね。
低温圧縮のオイルもローフードなので、取り入れると野菜を美味しく食べることができそうですね。

ローフードダイエットの注意点は？

生のものだけを食べるというローフードダイエット、このダイエット方法を取り入れる時に気を付けるべきことはどのような事なのでしょうか？

栄養が偏りやすい

どんなものでも食べられるというわけではないので、栄養のバランスが悪くなってしまう事もあります。
特に、炭水化物・たんぱく質・脂質は不足しやすい栄養素です。

他にも、カルシウム・鉄・亜鉛などもローフードから摂取するのは難しいので、注意が必要なんですね。
栄養バランスが悪いままというのは健康に良くないので、身体の状態をチェックしながらローフードダイエットに取り組むようにしてみて下さいね！

冷えが気になる…

生のままで野菜や果物を食べるダイエット方法なので、どうしても身体が冷えやすくなってしまいます。
もともと冷え性だという方は、その状態を悪化させてしまうこともあるので、長期に渡ってローフードダイエットを行うのはやめておきましょう。
