だからといって家庭を持てば、ダイエットにかける時間もお金もそう簡単に費やせるわけではありません。
今回はそんな皆さんにおすすめする、生活習慣を改善するだけのダイエットを紹介します。

早寝早起き！

夕食を早めに摂って寝ると、朝になる頃にはお腹が空いて自然と目が覚めますよね。

毎日同じ時間に起きて日光の光を浴びることで、セロトニンという物質が体内から分泌されます。

セロトニンは、体内時計にとても有効な働きをしてくれるので気分良く1日を過ごせます。

また早寝することにより、夜の無駄な間食も抑えられます。

さらに早寝早起きはダイエットだけでなく、肌の調子も整えてくれます。

生活の中にちょっとした運動を

運動する時間がない人は、エクササイズを生活の中に少しだけ取り入れることがおすすめです。

例えば、職場ではエレベーターではなく階段を使ったり、通勤時には1駅分だけ歩いてみたり、歯磨きをしている間に太もものエクササイズをしてみたり…こういう運度を生活の中に少しだけ取り入れることで、お金を使わずに無理なく続けることが出来ますよ。

お風呂は湯船につかる

湯船につかること、特に半身浴はダイエットには特におすすめです。

半身浴は身体を温めて血行を良くする他にも、たくさん汗を流すので身体の老廃物を排出する効果があります。

これはダイエットではとても大切なことなんです。

他にも冷え性やむくみに悩む方にもおすすめで、代謝も活性化してくれます。

38度～40度程度のぬるめのお湯に20分つかることで効果があるといわれています。

3食バランスよくきっちり食べる

ダイエットと聞けば食事を抜いたり、置き換えダイエットで様々な酵素やゼリーを買ったりと、お金も知識もたくさんいるイメージがありますが、そんなことは最初から必要ありません。

3食きっちり食べることで、間食を減らすことが出来ます。

大切なのはバランスよく摂ること。

朝食、昼食、夕食は3：4：3という黄金バランスを保つことです。

いちばん脂肪燃焼しやすい昼食は多少は多めに摂っても大丈夫です。

そして夕食は、野菜中心のさっぱり目にすることがおすすめです。

ストレスなく過ごす

ダイエットにストレスは禁物です。

ストレスを溜めると気分が落ち込むだけでなく、体調も悪くなりがちです。

そうならないために無理なダイエットはせず、ストレスを発散できる趣味を持つことをおすすめします。

ストレス発散になる趣味といえば、ショッピングやカラオケなどが王道ですよね。

自分が楽しめることは、きっとダイエットにも繋がりますよ。
