2020年、東京でオリンピックが開催されることが決まり、今からワクワクしているという方も多いと思います♪
そんな一大イベントである東京オリンピック、しっかりと楽しむためにはどのような競技を押さえておけばいいのか…
今回は、人気の競技やそれぞれの競技の楽しみ方を、ご紹介させて頂きたいと思います♪

人気の競技ってなに？

東京で開催されるという事で、いつもより特別なオリンピックになりますよね！そんな東京オリンピックをしっかりと楽しむために、まずはどんな競技が人気なのかをご紹介していきます♪

陸上競技

どの年のオリンピックも、やっぱり人気が高いのが「陸上競技」ですよね！

一言で陸上競技と言っても、その種類は48種目もあるんです。短距離走やマラソン、ハンマー投げや走高跳など、どれも人気の種目ばかりですよね。

これだけたくさんの種目があるので、やはり注目している方も多いようです。

体操

日本人がメダルを取ることを期待されているのが、体操ですよね！とても人気が高く、応援している方も多いようです。細かいルールなどを知らなくても、見ているだけで楽しむことができる競技ですよね。

レスリング

体操と同じく、レスリングもメダルを期待されている競技ですね。実際、メダルを取る選手が多いので、東京オリンピックでも…！と、期待している方が多いようです。

女性が大活躍しているというのも、人気の理由の一つかもしれませんね！

サッカー

いつでも人気が高いサッカーは、やっぱりオリンピックの時にも話題になっていますよね！世界の選手たちのスーパープレイを楽しみにしているという方が多く、幅広い年齢層から注目されています。

なでしこジャパンの活躍を楽しみにしているという方も、多いようですよ！

バレーボール

球技でもう一つ人気が高いのが、バレーボールです。これもまた、男女共に毎回とても話題になりますよね！バレーボールを楽しみにしている！という方は、いつのオリンピックもかなり多いようです。

迫力あるプレーは、見ていてとても引き込まれますよね！

それぞれの競技を楽しむためには…？

オリンピックで人気のある競技をご紹介してきましたが、それらの競技を楽しむためにはどんなポイントを押さえておけばいいのか…人気の競技の中から、いくつか楽しみ方について見ていきたいと思います！

陸上競技

短距離走、マラソン、ハードル、走高跳、砲丸投げなど、どれもみんな比較的細かなルールを知らなくても楽しむことができる競技ばかり！特に、迫力ある短距離走などは、そのドキドキ感を楽しみたいですよね！

普通に見ているだけで十分に楽しむことができますが、誰かお気に入りの選手がいると、もっと楽しく見ることができますよ♪

体操

話題になることが多い体操は、知っている選手も多くいるのではないでしょうか？知っている選手がいるというだけでも、楽しさはアップしますよね！

体操を楽しむポイントは、選手たちの素晴らしい身体能力♪ 「自分には絶対できない！」そんな技術を、細かく見てみて下さい。

レスリング

過去にもたくさんのメダルを獲得しているレスリングを楽しむためには、過去の試合の映像をチェックしておくと良いかもしれません。選手たちの顔と名前を憶えて、今回は誰が金メダルを取ることができるか！？など、予想しながら見ると楽しいかもしれませんね！

サッカー

サッカーを楽しむのにおすすめなのは、とにかくみんなで盛り上がって応援すること！最近は、スポーツバーのように、食べたり飲んだりしながらスポーツ観戦できるお店も増えてきているので、そのような場所に行って応援すると、より楽しむことができますよ！

バレーボール

昔から大人気のバレーボール！思いっきり楽しむためには、会場に行けない方でもその場にいるのと同じように、お友達や家族などと一緒に応援するととても盛り上がりますよ！

ルールがあまりよく分からない…という方は、オリンピックに備えて勉強してみるのも良いかもしれません。ルールが分かると、より一層面白さが増しますよ！
