一度デスクワーク中の自分の姿勢をチェックしてみてください。猫背になっていませんか？

猫背の癖がつくと、上半身の筋肉が弱くなり、脂肪がつきやすくなります。

また、猫背で体が縮こまると、血液や体液のめぐりが悪くなり、代謝が低下してしまうのです。

デスクワーク中にできる姿勢矯正でウェスト痩せ！

猫背を改善し、正しい姿勢を続けると、お腹と背中の筋肉が自然と鍛えられます。筋肉が鍛えられると、脂肪が燃えやすくなり、スッキリとしたウェストと背中が手に入るのです♪

①イスの高さをパソコンの画面と目線が同じ高さになるように調整する。

②座り方は、イスに深く座り、背中は背もたれにつけない。背もたれと腰の間に隙間を作るように座る。

③あごを引いて背筋を伸ばし、お腹に力を入れる。

正しい姿勢が続けられるようになったら、呼吸法も変えましょう。

実は、デスクワークで長時間パソコンを使用していると、無意識に呼吸が浅くなりやすいのです。

呼吸が浅くなると、取り込む酸素の量が減ります。酸素は、エネルギー消費に欠かせない材料です。 酸素量が減ると、エネルギー消費量が低下し、太りやすくなると言われています。

こまめに深い呼吸をして酸素をたっぷり取り込もう

パソコン作業が続いて頭がボーッとなるのは、脳内が酸素不足というサイン。深い呼吸で酸素をたっぷり取り込めば、頭がスッキリ！深い呼吸は腹式呼吸で行なってください。

オフィスでデスクワーク中に深い呼吸を意識するようにすれば、代謝が促進してエネルギーを消費しやすくなります。

①正しい姿勢の状態で、鼻からたっぷり息を吸い込む。吸い込みながらお腹をふくらます。

②お腹をへこませながら、口からゆっくりと息を吐く。
