・必要なもの

350mlのホット用ペットボトルとお湯のみ。

ペットボトルは必ずホットドリンクが入っていたものを用意してください。

普通のペットボトルでは、容器の素材がお湯に耐えられないからです。

お湯は、熱湯ではなく60度〜70度のお湯を用意します。

温度計で測る必要はありません！

100mlの水と200mlの沸騰したお湯を混ぜれば、60度〜70度のお湯になります。

・ペットボトル温灸のやり方

1. ツボがある部分の肌に直接ペットボトルの底や側面を3〜4秒当てる。

2. ペットボトルを離し、3〜5回繰り返す。

ペットボトルを離すタイミングは、「熱い！」と感じたときが目安です。

熱さを感じなくても、3〜4秒当てたら離してくださいね。

・ペットボトル温灸の注意点

冷え性対策にいいペットボトル温灸ですが、やりすぎると逆に体がだるくなってしまいます。

まずは1日に1回、1日の終わりに行なってみてください。

毎日行うと体がだるい、という場合は1日休んで行う、というように体調を見ながら行いましょう。

足裏にあるツボです。

足指を曲げたとき、へこむ部分が湧泉ですが、場所の把握は大体でオーケー。

ろっ骨の下側の中央からおへそを結んだ線の真ん中にあります。
