京都の文化を味わい尽くす！
鰹と昆布のお出汁でつくる本格だし巻き卵をご自身でおつくりいただきます。
卵焼き専用フライパンで巻き方を伝授しますので、失敗はありません！
体験の後は、湯葉と生麩と白味噌のお味噌汁と炊き立てご飯季節の京漬物でおもてなしいたします。
京都の魅力がたくさん詰まった美味しいごはんをゆっくりとお楽しみください。

Let's cook and taste Japanese cultural heritage "washoku".
In this lesson, you get to cook the authentic Japanese omelet called "dashimaki tamago" on your own, using dashi stock made out of bonito and kelp.
Since we teach you how to roll the egg with a pan made specifically for cooking dashimaki tamago, there’s no chance of failure!
Afterwards, we offer you white miso soup (yuba and namafu are included) and freshly cooked rice with seasonal pickles made in Kyoto.
Enjoy your time with delicious food that has condensed flavor of the best local ingredients.
