山梨の料理とお酒のペアリング！「やまなし美酒・美食マンス」開催

山梨県は、「やまなし美酒・美食マンス」を、2024年2月16日（金）～3月17日（日）にて開催することを発表しました。

昨年度まで、県の料理と県産酒のペアリングを提供するイベント「やまなし美食ウィーク美酒美食巡り」を開催していた山梨県。今回、同県は「やまなし美食ウィーク美酒美食巡り」を「やまなし美酒・美食マンス」と名称を改め、パワーアップして開催するのだそう。

「やまなし美酒・美食マンス」は、約1ヶ月の期間で40店舗以上が参加することが特徴。県内の料理店・宿泊施設が、県産食材を使用したコース料理と、その料理に合う県産酒とのペアリングを提供するとのこと。

ワインや日本酒などの山梨自慢のお酒を堪能できるであろう「やまなし美酒・美食マンス」を、ぜひチェックしてみてください！
