とんかつ用ロース肉で作る

【至高を超えた生姜焼き】

作りました

洋食屋さんでは

ポークジンジャーと呼ばれるものですが

これが本当に美味しい

玉葱と生姜に漬け込んだお肉が

超絶柔らかくて下手なステーキなら

これ食べた方が旨いレベルです

超自信作です。

これは作ってほしい

【材料】
豚ロース…2枚　240g
塩コショウ…適量
おろし生姜…15g
おろし玉葱…60g
酒…大さじ1
薄力粉…適量
サラダ油…適量
＝タレ＝
上記の肉のつけ汁
醤油…大さじ1と2/3
砂糖…小さじ1
みりん…小さじ2
味の素…3振り
・仕上げに彩り乾燥パセリ適量
・付け合わせで千切りキャベツとマヨネーズを添えて

【作り方】
豚ロース2枚240gに塩コショウし、
おろし生姜15gとおろし玉葱60g 酒多さじ1に15分漬けて
水気をとり薄力粉をまぶしサラダ油で焼く
つけ汁と醤油大さじ1と2/3、砂糖小さじ1、
みりん小さじ2 味の素3振り入れ沸かし肉にかけ完成
