【至高の黒酢豚】

タレと肉の下ごしらえにこだわりました

【材料】
豚ロース肉…350g
（とんかつ用の厚い切り身）
＝肉の下処理＝
塩コショウ…適量
卵…1個
片栗粉…大さじ3と焼く際にさらに適量まぶす
揚げる際のサラダ油→鍋底から1㎝ほどを目安に
＝味付けの際＝
油…小さじ1
にんにく…1片5gほど
黒酢…大さじ3
醤油大…さじ2
砂糖…大さじ2
みりん…小さじ1と1／2
味の素…5振り
＝水溶き片栗粉＝
片栗粉…小さじ1／2
水…大さじ1
ゴマ油…小さじ1
＝最後に＝
長ネギ…1／3本　40g
糸唐辛子…適量

【作り方】
豚ロース肉350gに切れ込みを入れ塩胡椒、
卵1個と和え、片栗粉大さじ3を混ぜる
更に片栗粉をまぶして中火で揚げ取り出す
油小さじ1でにんにく1片を炒め、
黒酢大さじ3、醤油大さじ2 砂糖大さじ2、
みりん小さじ1半、味の素5振りをわかし
片栗粉小さじ1/2、水大さじ1、
ゴマ油小さじ1を混ぜた液で
とろみをつけ肉を絡め
長ネギ1/3本40g、唐辛子を乗せ完成
