正に至高のスープ

【至高の酸辣湯(サンラータン)】

特別な調味料一切なし、

この調味料を覚えれば

いつでもウマいサンラータンが

自宅でいただけます

個人的に超好きなレシピなので

是非試してほしい、

ヘルシーなので減量にも!!

【材料】
水…600cc 創味シャンタン…小さじ2
これ!うま

︎つゆ（なければ白だし）…小さじ1
豚バラ肉(または豚こま)…60～70g
木綿豆腐…75g
キクラゲ…5gを戻したもの
にんじん…40g
たけのこ…60g
醤油…小さじ5
粉コショウ…6振り
塩…1つまみ
片栗粉…小さじ2
酒…大さじ1と1／2
お酢…大さじ1
味の素…5振り
小ネギ…適量
ラー油…適量

【作り方】
水600cc、噌味シャンタン小さじ2、
白だし小さじ1を沸かし、
豚バラ60～70gを入れ沸かす
木綿豆腐75g、キクラゲ5gを戻したもの、
にんじん40g、たけのこ60g、醤油小さじ5、
胡椒6振り、塩1つまみ入れ煮る
片栗粉小さじ2と酒大さじ1半を
混ぜたものを入れ沸かし、
お酢大さじ1、味の素5振り入れ
小ネギとラー油で完成
