焼いて煮るだけで老舗洋食屋さんの味

【至高のビーフストロガノフ】

この手間でこんなにうまいのかと思えるコクと深みです

レシピはこちら！！

【材料】
・玉葱　　　　1個250g （最初に炒める際に水分を抜きたいので塩ひとつまみほど入れてます）
・牛肉　　　　300g （牛コマ肉を使ってます）
・塩コショウ　適量
・薄力粉　　　大さじ2半
・舞茸　　　　100g
・ケチャップ　大さじ6
・ウスターソース　大さじ2
・水　　　　　280cc
・コンソメ　　小さじ2半
・パルテノ　　大さじ4
・砂糖　　　　小さじ1
・バター　　　10gと15g（分けて使います）
・にんにく　　1片
・黒コショウ　　　適量
※ご飯は一人前につき200g
☆仕上げに塩を混ぜたパルテノ、乾燥パセリ
※「パルテノラッシー」・パルテノ　大さじ３
・牛乳　　　適量
・砂糖　　　大さじ1
・氷　　　　適量
★ラム酒　　適量（お酒は大人だけ）

【作り方】
バター15gで玉葱1個250gを炒め、
塩コショウと薄力粉大さじ2半まぶした牛肉または豚肉300g入れ炒め、
舞茸100g、ケチャップ大さじ6、ウスターソース大さじ2入れよく炒める
水280cc、コンソメ小さじ2半入れ沸かし、
ギリシャヨーグルト大さじ4、砂糖小さじ1、バター10g、
おろしにんにく1片、黒胡椒入れ混ぜ少し煮たら完成
ご飯にかけ、塩を混ぜたギリシャヨーグルトをかけ食べる
