【至高のビビンバ】

作りました

これ、炒めて作るナムルが本当に美味しいんです

仕上げは特製のビビンバダレで

思い出したら食べたくなる。

そんな最高の一品です

レシピはこちら！

【材料】
合い挽き肉…80g
ご飯…200g
卵…1個
＝ナムル＝
もやし…60g
ニラ…1／4束　25g
人参…30g
にんにく…1片(肉とタレに分けて入れます)
キムチ…60g
サラダ油…少量
ごま油…大さじ1／2と小さじ1と小さじ1
塩…小さじ1／4
味の素…3振りと3振り
＝肉＝
醤油…大さじ1
みりん…大さじ1
酒…大さじ1
砂糖…小さじ2
黒コショウ…適量
＝タレ＝
コチュジャン…大さじ1
砂糖…小さじ1
酢…小さじ1
おろしにんにく…半片分
＝＝＝＝
仕上げに小ネギ…適量
★味変でマヨネーズ

【作り方】
フライパンでにんじん30g、もやし(あれば豆もやし)60g、
ニラ25gの順に炒め、塩小さじ1/4、
ごま油小さじ1半、味の素3振り混ぜておく
キムチ60gをごま油小さじ1で炒め、取り出しておく
合挽き肉80g、醤油大さじ1、みりん大さじ1、
酒大さじ1、砂糖小さじ2、おろしにんにく1/2片、
黒胡椒、味の素3振り入れ煮詰める
フライパンにごま油小さじ1引き、
ご飯200g、卵白1個入れ炒め、
ナムル、肉、キムチを入れ焼き卵黄を落とす
コチュジャン大さじ1、砂糖小さじ1、お酢小さじ1、
おろしにんにく少々混ぜたタレをかけてくう
