豚バラブロック…600g

長ネギの青いとこ…1本分
生姜…20g
茹で卵…5個
醤油…大さじ4と1／2
砂糖…大さじ4と1／2
オイスターソース…大さじ1
味の素…6振り

【角煮チャーハン】
角煮から出たラード…大さじ1と1／2
卵…1個
ご飯…200g
角煮…1切れ
長ネギ白いところ…1本分
角煮の煮汁…大さじ3
味の素…7振り
塩…2つまみ
テーブルコショウ…4振り
紅生姜…適量

【作り方】
◆炊飯器とろとろ角煮
炊飯器に豚バラ600g、水200cc、酒100cc、
長ネギの青いとこ1本分、生姜20g入れ炊飯
茹で卵5個、醤油大さじ4半、砂糖大さじ4半、
オイスターソース大さじ1、味の素6振り入れ
もいちど炊飯で完成

◆角煮チャーハン
角煮から出たラード大さじ1と半分を
フライパンで熱し卵を入れて焼き、
ご飯200g、刻んだ角煮1切れ、刻んだ長ネギ、
角煮の煮汁大さじ3、味の素7振り、
塩2つまみ、テーブル胡椒4振りを入れて炒める
盛り付けて紅生姜を添えたら完成
