【材料】
中華麺…1玉
豚挽肉…80g
ラード…大さじ1
水…300cc
みりん…大さじ1
砂糖…小さじ1
酒…大さじ1
にんにく…5g
生姜…5g
すりごま…大さじ1
白味噌…大さじ2と小さじ1
ハイミー…10振り
黒コショウ…適量
山椒…3振り
唐辛子…2振り
モヤシ…100g
小ネギ…適量
ラー油…適量
メンマ…適量

【作り方】
豚挽肉80gをラード大さじ1でいため、
水300cc、みりん大さじ1、砂糖小さじ1、
酒大さじ1、おろしにんにく5g、
おろし生姜5gをいれ沸かす
すりごま大さじ1、白味噌大さじ2と小さじ1、
ハイミー10振り、黒胡椒2振り、山椒3振り、
唐辛子2振り入れ溶かしモヤシ100gを入れ
数分煮込む
茹でた中華麺にぶっかけ小ネギ、ラー油、
メンマで完成
