鶏もも肉でも

鶏むね肉でも

抜群に美味しく仕上がる

【材料】
白菜…350g
鶏もも肉…180g
鶏むね肉…180g
塩…2つまみ
片栗粉…小さじ4
水…500cc
日本酒…50cc
これ!うま!!つゆ…大さじ3
塩…小さじ1／3
★味変でラー油、黒コショウ、柚子胡椒

【作り方】
鶏もも肉180gと鶏むね肉180gに塩2つまみ、
片栗粉小さじ4をまぶし、白菜350g、
水500cc、酒50cc、これ!うま︎つゆ大さじ3、
塩小さじ1/3入れ煮込み
お好みで辣油、黒胡椒、柚子胡椒
