この冷やしかたでお家の冷しゃぶ、

ガチで変わります

絶品おろしだれで食べる最高に美味しい

夏にピッタリの冷しゃぶの作り方公開しました

ポイントは

豚をお湯で煮ないことと洗わないことです。

この二つのポイントで

つめたいお肉は激変します

【材料】
豚バラ肉…220g
水菜…100g
大根…120g
醤油…大さじ2
砂糖…小さじ2と1／2
レモン汁…小さじ2と1／2
ごま油…小さじ1
味の素…5振り
鰹粉…2g
黒コショウ…適量
水…600cc
塩…小さじ1
味の素…6振り
小ネギ…適量

【作り方】
大根120gをおろし、汁は捨てずに醤油大さじ2、
砂糖小匙2半、レモン汁小匙2半、ごま油小匙1、
味の素5振り、鰹粉2g、黒胡椒混ぜタレを作る
水600ccに塩小匙1、味の素6振りしたお湯で
豚バラ220gをさっと茹でバットにいれ冷やし
水菜100gに盛りタレをかけ小ネギ
★味変で柚子胡椒
