無限手羽先唐揚げのレシピです。関節を外した手羽先を味塩コショウで下味し、片栗粉をまぶして中火で揚げます。醤油、みりん、砂糖で作ったタレを使用。レモン添えで仕上げ、味変にコショウを追加します。

【材料】
手羽先…16本
JOYL「AJINOMOTOダブルハーフ」…鍋底1cmの量
塩コショウ…適量
醤油…大さじ3
みりん…大さじ2
砂糖…小さじ1
味の素…5振り
片栗粉…適量
アジシオ…適量
☆仕上げにレモンを添える
★味変でコショウ

【作り方】
醤油大さじ3、みりん大さじ2、砂糖小匙1、
味の素5振りを煮詰めタレを作る
手羽先8本はつけねの間接を外し、
キッチンバサミで二本の骨のあわせ目を切り、
ねじりながら二本の骨を抜く
味塩こしょうで手羽先の中まで下味をつけ、
薄く片栗粉をまぶし、中火で揚げる
