めちゃくちゃ使えるのに

意外とみんな使ってない食材として

「春雨」があるんですが、

これをシーフードミックスと共に

塩味で味つけると

無限に酒飲める

無限塩はるさめ

になります

これフライパンひとつで出来て

ホントに美味しいので是非

【材料】
シーフードミックス…100g
（塩小さじ1を入れた水200㏄で解凍する）
サラダ油…大さじ1
にんにく…1片
キャベツ…100g
水…220cc
創味シャンタン…小さじ1 （中華練りスープでウェイパーなどでもOK）
醤油…小さじ1
オイスターソース…小さじ1
黒コショウ…適量
春雨…40g
片栗粉…小さじ1
酒…大さじ1
ラー油…適量
★味変でレモン

【作り方】
塩水でシーフードミックス100gを解凍しておく
サラダ油大さじ1でにんにく1片、キャベツ100gを炒め、
水220cc、ウェイパー小さじ1、醤油小さじ1、
オイスターソース小さじ1、黒胡椒入れ沸かし、
春雨40g入れ水分を吸わせる
片栗粉小さじ1、酒大さじ1を混ぜたもので
とろみをつけラー油で完成
