このレシピは丸鶏ガラスープと無調整豆乳を使った濃厚な担々鍋の作り方を紹介しています。まず、豚挽き肉と味噌、豆板醤、砂糖を炒め、深い味わいを出します。次にもやし、青梗菜、すりおろしにんにく、無調整豆乳、酒、丸鶏ガラスープ、ごま油、鷹の爪を鍋に入れ、弱火で15分煮込みます。最後にラー油を使って仕上げ、風味豊かな鍋が完成します。〆には中華麺を豆乳とガラスープで煮込んだ担々麺がぴったりです。

【鍋つゆ要らず！濃厚担々鍋】

【材料】
もやし…200g
豚挽き肉…220g
チンゲン菜…200g
にんにく…1片
「丸鶏がらスープ」…大さじ1
味噌…小さじ2
豆板醤…小さじ1と1／2
砂糖…小さじ1
無調整豆乳…300cc
酒…50cc
ごま油…小さじ1
鷹の爪…適量
ラー油…適量

＝〆の担々麺＝
中華麺…1玉
無調整豆乳…100cc
「丸鶏がらスープ」…小さじ1
ラー油…適量

【作り方】
豚挽き肉220gを味噌小さじ2、豆板醤小さじ1半、
砂糖小さじ1入れ炒めておく
鍋にもやし200g、青梗菜200g、おろしにんにく1片、
無調整豆乳300cc、酒50cc、丸鶏がらスープ大さじ1、
ごま油小さじ1ら鷹の爪入れ沸かし
弱火で15分煮てラー油で完成
