ラード…大さじ2

豚バラ肉…120g
キャベツ…120g
ご飯…200g
卵…2個
塩コショウ…適量
ダシダ…小さじ1
ウスターソース…大さじ1と1／2
酒…大さじ1
付属の粉末スープ…1袋
みりん…小さじ2
白コショウ…7振り
★味変でマヨネーズ

【作り方】
ラード大さじ2で刻んだ焼きそば麺1袋、
塩コショウした豚バラ120g、
キャベツ120g炒め、ご飯200gを
ダシダ小匙1で炒め
ウスターソース大さじ1半、酒大さじ1、
粉末スープ1袋を混ぜたものを入れ炒め、
みりん小さじ2、白コショウ
卵2個を入れ固め鰹節青海苔
