学校の給食で出てくるような

優しくも最高に美味しいカレーを再現するべく

市販のルーを一切使わない

手作りカレーを錬成することに成功しました

ポイントはカレー粉を使うことと

牛乳を入れてマイルドにすること

絶対に「旨い」と言わせる自信があります。

これだけは作って

【材料】
玉ねぎ…250g
じゃがいも…180g
豚バラ肉…250g
にんじん…150g
油…大さじ1
にんにく…15g
生姜…15g
塩…1つまみ
ケチャップ…大さじ3
ウスターソース…大さじ2
オイスターソース…大さじ1と1／2
水…500cc
鶏ガラスープ…小さじ2
コンソメ…小さじ1と1／2
バター…20g
薄力粉…大さじ3
カレー粉…大さじ2
牛乳…100g

【作り方】
油大さじ1でにんにく15g、生姜15g入れ炒め、
塩1つまみ、玉葱250g入れ炒め、
じゃがいも180g、豚肉250g、
にんじん150g入れ炒める
ケチャップ大さじ3、
ウスターソース大さじ2、
オイスターソース大さじ1半入れ炒め、
水500cc、鶏ガラスープ小匙2、
コンソメ小匙1半入れわかす
バター20gに薄力粉大さじ3入れ炒め、
カレー粉大さじ2炒め、
カレーのスープを入れ伸ばし鍋に戻し、
10分煮て牛乳100g入れ煮て完成
