薄力粉…小さじ2／3
サラダ油…小さじ1と1／2
ラー油…適量

【作り方】
キャベツ20g、キクラゲ2gを戻したもの、
にんじん15g、にんにく10g、
生姜5g、長ネギ20gを切り、
豚挽き肉30gを用意しておく
ラード大さじ1でにんにくと生姜をよく炒め、
豚挽き肉を入れ塩コショウし炒め、
野菜を全部入れ炒める
水230cc、白味噌大さじ2弱、味の素5振り、
中華あじ小匙2/3、砂糖小匙1、
すりごま小匙1、一味唐辛子3振り、
コショウ4振り、ガーリックパウダー6振り
薄力粉小匙2/3、サラダ油小匙1半を
混ぜたものでとろみをつけ、最後にラー油
