筆者自身も経験していることの1つとして、これまでチャレンジしたことのなかったヘアカラーにしてみたり。

近年インナーカラーやハイライトの流行で、ブリーチヘアを取り入れる人も増えたはず。

ブリーチはイメージがガラッと変わるし、気分転換にももってこい。

だけど、やっぱり気になるのは髪へのダメージ。

髪の毛の色素を抜くことで、ヘアカラーだけでは出せない色味を生み出せる変わりに、髪の毛のタンパク質や栄養を保つためにフタの役割を果たすキューティクルを傷つけてしまう。

結果としてパサついたり、ヘアセットがまとまらないなんて経験をした人も多いのでは？
