体の表面温度を13.5℃下げて冷感が持続　夏用掛け布団「BRAIN SLEEP COMFORTER PERFECT COOL」が6月8日発売へ

ブレインスリープは、夏の暑さや湿気で寝苦しいシーズンに向けた夏用掛け布団「BRAIN SLEEP COMFORTER PERFECT COOL」を6月8日に発売します。掛けることで体の表面温度を13.5℃下げる接触冷感と、寝返りを打つことで冷感が復活する持続冷感を実現するのが特徴です。

同製品は、厚さ1.5cmの中に4層の素材を採用。接触冷感をもたらすクール面、持続冷感を実現する中綿、親水性のあるエバークリーン層、吸水性に優れるドライ面から構成します。

クール面は冷感素材を糸から独自に開発したもので、後から冷感加工した製品とは異なり、洗濯を繰り返しても冷感が劣化しないのが特徴です。冷感度を示す指標のひとつであるQ-max値（最大熱吸収速度））は0.524W/平方センチメートルと、一般に接触冷感素材と表示できるQ-max値の0.2を大きく上回ります。

中綿には、宇宙服の手袋などで採用されるPCM（Phase Change Material、相変化物質）を採用。睡眠中の寝返りなどにより布団と体が離れることで、相変化による吸熱と放熱のサイクルが発生し、冷感を持続します。

エバークリーン層には、親水性の高い中綿を採用。布団の内部まで洗濯機でしっかり洗えるのが特徴です。

ドライ面は吸水して湿気を放出するので、湿気が多い梅雨の時期などはドライ面が肌に触れるように使うのがおすすめとのこと。

BRAIN SLEEP COMFORTER PERFECT COOLは、アイスブルーとシルバーグレーの2色をラインアップ。シングルが2万4200円（税込）、セミダブルが2万9700円（税込）、ダブルが3万5200円（税込）、クイーンが4万4000円（税込）です。

掛け布団と同時に、マットレスプロテクターとピローカバーも発売。マットレスプロテクターはシングルが1万4300円（税込）、セミダブルが1万7600円（税込）、ダブルが2万900円（税込）。ピローカバーは5500円（税込）。
