ドイツのExplosionというソフトウェア会社でエンジニアとして働くセバスチャン・ラミレスさんの「“経験年数＝スキルレベル”を改めて考えなおす時かも」というツイートが話題を呼んでいます。

ラミレスさんが見た求人情報には、「FastAPIの経験年数4年以上」という条件があったそうです。ラミレスさんは「まだ1年半の経験しかないので応募できなかった」と言いますが、実はFastAPIを開発したのはラミレスさん自身なんです。FastAPIはこの世に出てからまだ1年半しか経っていないというのに。
