セールスプロモーション、コンテンツの企画・制作している Klamp株式会社は5月10日に株式会社DMM.comが展開している動画配信アプリ『DMM.com』にて大日本プロレスを運営する有限会社四ツ葉工芸が3月31日に新木場1stRINGで開催したプロレスの様子をVR映像に編集し、ダウンロード販売することを発表した。

ダウンロード販売を記念して13:30から開く記者会見を生中継

「VRプロレス」第1弾の発売を記念して、配信プラットフォームであるDMM.comの本社にて、大日本プロレスの登坂社長とVRプロレスに出場した選手らを招き、記者会見が予定されている。

この記者会見の模様はDMM.comならびに大日本プロレスの各SNSアカウントで生中継されるとのことだ。

スタッフはもちろん、会場は一面水浸し。服を脱がされ、股間をボーリングの球が直撃し、VR用のカメラに向かって楽しむ姿すら見せるバラモン兄弟の映像がリアルに見ることができる。

メインイベント　蛍光灯タッグデスマッチ　30分1本勝負

アブドーラ･小林、伊東竜二vs木髙イサミ、佐久田俊行

大日本プロレスといえばデスマッチ。

今回は蛍光灯を使ったデスマッチを収録。

マットの上には割れた蛍光灯が散乱。レスラーの体にも蛍光灯の破片が突き刺さりみるみる体が血まみれに。

機材は壊れてもいいと言ったけど、まさか蛍光灯をカメラに向かって投げるなんて。。。

Klamp株式会社は、VRでプロレスの試合が視聴できる「VRプロレス」コンテンツを制作し、3月31日新木場1stRINGで大日本プロレスが開催する、プロレスの試合模様を世界で初めてVRで生配信する事を発表したという記事。

当日会場への来場者には、「VRプロレス」オリジナルのハコスコも数量限定でプレゼントされ、また、生配信で視聴できない人に向けて、DMM.comでダウンロード版の販売がこの時点で予告されていた。

今回のダウンロード版は生配信と異なり、よりVR映像を楽しめるよう編集されているようなので期待したい。
