第3回「Meta Quest Gaming Showcase」が日本時間6月2日に開催決定！

2023年5月2日、Meta社はオンラインイベント「Meta Quest Gaming Showcase」を米国太平洋夏時間6月1日午前10時（日本時間6月2日午前2時）より開催することを発表しました。

Twitch、Facebook、YouTubeならびにMeta Horizon Worlds（日本未対応）より視聴でき、日本語字幕付きもMeta Quest JapanのYouTubeチャンネルにて配信されます。

新作タイトルの情報解禁に期待

2021年4月の「Oculus Gaming Showcase」から始まり、今回で第3回目となる「Meta Quest Gaming Showcase」は、Meta Questプラットフォームのコンテンツの豊富さと幅の広さを紹介するイベントです。

Oculus Studiosのエグゼクティブ・プロデューサーであるRuth Bram氏がホストを務め、

・新作タイトルの発表

・初公開のゲームプレイ

・既存タイトルのアップデート情報

といったことが予定されています。

また、日本人ユーザー向けに日本語字幕付きもMeta Quest JapanのYouTubeチャンネルにて配信されるとのことです。

新たな試みや日本だけの特別座談会も

今回は新たな試みとして、本編開始へのカウントダウンをするプレショーの配信も行われることも発表されました。

このプレショーは本編開始15分前よりスタートし、タイトルの最新情報や新しいトレイラーを見ることができる内容となっています。

さらに、本編終了後には、今後ローンチするタイトルをより深掘りしていく座談会も配信される予定です。

Meta Quest JapanのYouTubeチャンネルでも、

・日本のMeta Questアンバサダーの3名

・日本の開発者

が出演する座談会が行われることになっています。
