HTC NIPPON株式会社が2023年1月6日（金）より、高性能のオールインワンXRヘッドセット「VIVE XR Elite」の事前予約受付を開始しています。

モジュールを付け替えることで、VRグラスとして持ち運んで利用することもでき、コンパクトなボディには優れたグラフィック性能と高解像度のパススルー機能などが詰め込まれています。

また価格は税込み179,000円で、事前予約特典として$100以上相当の5つのコンテンツが付いています。

HTC VIVEから新製品のHMD「VIVE XR Elite」が発表されており、その事前予約受付が今月6日（金）より開始されています。

このHMDは高性能のオールインワンXRヘッドセットとして利用するだけでなく、モジュールを付け替えることもでき、そうすることでVRグラスとして持ち運んで利用することもできます。

メーカー希望小売価格は税込み179,000円で、公式から予約することができます。

事前予約でコンテンツが付いてくる

今年2月15日までに事前予約が完了し、同3月31日までにセットアップが完了したユーザーには、5つの素敵なコンテンツ（$100以上相当）がプレゼントされます。

なおコンテンツの利用には、HTCアカウントとWi-Fi接続環境が必要になるということです。

このHMDは、高解像度の鮮明なXRパススルーでリアルとバーチャルを融合も実現しており、4つの広角トラッキングカメラを搭載しているため、トラッキングにも対応しています。

そのため、リアルタイムオーバーレイを取り入れたゲームやトレーニングが体験可能で、普段使用しているキーボードやマウスとバーチャルスクリーンを組み合わせて、究極のワークステーションを構築することもできます。

既存のオールインワンとは一線を画す

無料の「VIVEストリーミング」ソフトウェアを組み合わせて使うことで、リッチなPC VRゲーム体験をワイヤレスで楽しむことができます。

また、対応Androidスマホと連携させて、動画やゲームなどのスマホ向けコンテンツを本体にワイヤレスでストリーミングし、実質300インチのパーソナルシアターで鑑賞することもできます。

VRのパイオニアメーカーによる便利な機能が満載

搭載されているバッテリーは、ホットスワップ対応で取り外しができるようになっているため、体験を中断することなく別の電源やバッテリーに付け替えることもできます。

さらにハンドトラッキングにも対応しており、今後はフェイストラッカーやアイトラッカーパーツも発売が予定されています。
