株式会社meleap(所在地：東京都港区、CEO：福田浩士)は、10月23日、テクノスポーツ「HADO」体験施設の旗艦店をシンガポールのオーチャードにオープンすることを発表した。

ARスポーツ「HADO」について

HADO(ハドー)は、ウェアラブルデバイスを装着し、自らの手でエナジーボールを撃ち合う、AR(拡張現実)を用いた新感覚のスポーツだ。

11月11日には同店舗にて、HADO WORLD CUPの出場権をかけた予選大会が開催される。

「HADO」とは、頭にヘッドマウントディスプレイ、腕にアームセンサーを装着して技を放つ、今話題の最新のAR技術を使ったスポーツとなっている。

3対3のチームに分かれ、エナジーボールやシールドなどの技を駆使し、80秒間の試合時間で点数を取り合って対戦する。

現在、HADOは世界7ヶ国14ヶ所に店舗を展開し、延べ60万人以上が体験している。

「HADO MONSTER BATTLE」や「HADO SHOOT!」などのHADOシリーズも含めると常設店舗数は25店舗になるということだ。

今回オープンする店舗は、シンガポールで初の常設店舗となる。

HADOの専門店としては、マレーシアの店舗に続き、世界で2店舗目の出店ということだ。

11月11日には同店舗にてHADO WORLD CUP 2017の予選大会が開催される。

HADO WORLD CUP 2017は12月3日（日）に東京で開催されるHADOの世界大会である。

今年は7ヶ国で予選大会が開催され、各予選大会の優勝チームが12月3日の本戦に出場できる権利を獲得することになる。
