「YouCamメイク」阪急阪神百貨店のECと店頭へ提供

パーフェクト株式会社は、バーチャルメイクアプリ「YouCam メイク」を活用したサービスを、株式会社阪急阪神百貨店のオンライン（ECサイト「Hankyu　BEAUTY」）およびオフライン（店頭）に随時提供していくことを発表した。

「Hankyu BEAUTY」に提供されるオンラインバーチャルメイクサービス「オンライン・コンサルテーションモード」は、店頭でのカウンセリング時間の短縮や顧客満足度の向上などを目的として提供されているBtoB向けバーチャルメイクサービス「コンサルテーションモード」を、モバイルサイトなどのオンラインでもご利用頂くために開発された新サービスで、国内初の導入になるという。

今回の導入で、ECサイト「Hankyu　BEAUTY」を訪れた人は、コスメアイテムを購入する前に、スマートフォンを通して自分の顔でアイテムの色味をバーチャルトライすることが可能になるということだ。

同社は、購入してから実際に商品が手元に届くまで、自分に似合う色かどうかといった不安を抱くことが減るため、ECサイト利用の人の顧客満足度の向上が期待できるとしている。

なお阪急うめだ本店の化粧品コーナー「ビューティースタジオ」には、7月12日から「YouCam メイク」が提供されており、タッチアップ前にバーチャルでさまざまなブランドのコスメアイテムを自分の顔で試すことができるバーチャルメイクサービスを提供しているということだ。
