実写ＶＲ撮影、ドローン空撮、およびマッピング技術を利用した空間映像演出などを手掛ける、株式会社光藝舎 (OpticalARTS Laboratory Co., Ltd.)（所在地：東京都豊島区、代表取締役：岩城穣）は、2017年 5月24日よりクラウドファンディング・プラットフォーム「CAMPFIRE」にて、“みんなで楽しもうＶＲ！『ＶＲドームシアター』”のプロジェクトを開始したと発表した。

みんなで楽しもうＶＲ！『ＶＲドームシアター』プロジェクトとは？

『ＶＲドームシアター』を使って、友人、カップル、家族．．．など、グループみんなで一緒に楽しもう！という試みであるということだ。

ドーム型のスクリーンに『ＶＲ』映像を投影して、視界一杯に仮想現実体験を演出するドームシアター（直径４ｍ前後：５～６人程度で鑑賞）を制作するという内容になっている。

現在主流となっている、ヘッドマウントディスプレイを装着して楽しむ“おひとり様体験型ＶＲ”から、ＶＲ体験グループ共有型のアクティビティだとのことだ。

180,000円〔１日：２回程度の上映〕、 300,000円〔土日など２日：各２回程度の上映〕

・直径２ｍ前後のミニシアターをプレゼント！：1,000,000円

※リターンの提供は、2017年10月を予定しているということだ。

CAMPFIREについて

CAMPFIREとはアーティスト・映画監督・ミュージシャン・作家・スポーツ選手・プロダクトデザイナー・ジャーナリストといったクリエイターのためのクラウドファンディング・プラットフォームである。

クラウドファンディングとは、アイデアを実現するために必要な創作費用を、そのアイデアに共感した友達・ファン・ソーシャルのつながり、そして世界中の人々から少額ずつ集めることができるプラットフォームだということだ。

今後の展望

完成までの計画は、以下のように予定しているということだ。

【2017年 8月デモンストレーション】

試験的に『ＶＲドームシアター』を設置して、デモンストレーションを実施。

この時の映像をネット配信にて紹介するとのことだ。

【2017年 10月完成発表会】

都内で、『ＶＲドームシアター』を設置して、完成発表会を実施。

体験リターンを選択した人全員に『ＶＲドームシアター』の中でコンテンツを体験してもらうということだ。
