エーザイ株式会社（本社：東京都、代表執行役 CEO：内藤晴夫）は、米国カリフォルニア州サンフランシスコおよびバーチャル形式で開催される「米国臨床腫瘍学会消化器がんシンポジウム 2024（ASCO GI 2024）」（開催期間：2024 年 1 月 18 日から 20 日）、および「米国臨床腫瘍学会泌尿器がんシンポジウム 2024（ASCO GU 2024）」（開催期間：2024 年 1 月 25 日から27 日）において、肝細胞がん、胆管がん、ならびに腎細胞がんについての開発研究に関する知見を発表することをお知らせします。

ASCO GI 2024 における当社製品・開発品に関わる主な発表について

ASCO GI 2024 では、2023 年 12 月に日本において新薬承認申請を行った、経口投与可能な線維芽細胞増殖因子（FGF）受容体（FGFR1、FGFR2、FGFR3）選択的チロシンキナーゼ阻害剤タスルグラチニブ（開発コード：E7090）について、FGFR2 融合遺伝子を有する胆管がんを対象とした単群臨床第Ⅱ相試験の最新知見を発表します（NCT04238715；抄録番号：471）。また、CREBbinding protein（CBP）／β-catenin 相互作用阻害剤 E7386*1について、進行肝細胞がんを対象とした臨床第 Ib 相試験のバイオマーカー解析結果も発表します（NCT04008797；抄録番号：535）。

当社創製の経口チロシンキナーゼ阻害剤レンバチニブ（製品名：レンビマ®）と Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA の抗 PD-1 抗体ペムブロリズマブ（製品名：キイトルーダ®*2）の併用療法を評価する LEAP（LEnvatinib And Pembrolizumab）臨床プログラムの研究結果としては、切除不能肝細胞がんの一次治療として、レンバチニブ単剤療法と比較して評価した臨床第Ⅲ相LEAP-002 試験における長期の有効性と安全性の解析結果を発表します（NCT03713593；抄録番号：482）。
