この季節、家族や友達とバーベキューを楽しんでる方も多いのではないでしょうか。

そんな時作ってみたい、豪快ひき肉料理を紹介します。

まずはひき肉を、大きめに丸めてボールにします。

冷えたビール缶で、肉ボールを上から潰します。

その後、ビール缶の周りにひき肉を伸ばして付けます。

ひき肉の周りに、ベーコンを２枚巻きつけます。

ビール缶をゆっくり引き抜きます。

抜いた後は、こんな感じになります。

炒めた野菜を、ひき肉のくぼみに入れます。
