もしかしたら、転売ヤーしか手に入れていないんじゃないかという噂のPS5。そのPS5の陰でひっそりと品薄になっていた「ゲーム＆ウォッチスーパーマリオブラザーズ」が発売されていたんです！いつの間にか忘れてしまってる方も多いとは思いますが、なんとか発売日に手に入れることが出来たのでひっそりとレビューしてみることにします。

PlayStation5発売日の次の日「ゲーム＆ウォッチスーパーマリオブラザーズ」発売！

もう忘れてた人も多いのではないでしょうか・・・本当に意外なほどひっそりと発売されました。発表時は予約困難と言われていましたが、おそらく転売を試みた方々がこちらを諦めてあのゲーム機に本気を出したため比較的簡単に手に入りましたよ・・・喜べないですけど。とにもかくにも手元にあるのでレビューしちゃいます！

「ゲーム＆ウォッチスーパーマリオブラザーズ」ゆるーりレビュー

あまりガッツリレビューするような品ではないので、ゆるゆるっとレビューしますね。パッケージはこちら！ファミコンをイメージするカラーリングですね。

実は透明なパッケージで覆われているので、取り外すと「スーパーマリオ」から「ゲーム＆ウォッチボール」になる仕様になっています！この辺の遊び心はさすが任天堂！

その他にも遊び心満載ですが、それは手に取った方のお楽しみということで。

内容物は「本体」「USB-TypeCケーブル」「セーフティガイド」のみ、かなり割り切っています。USBアダプターは当然ながら任天堂で販売品を推奨、スマホ等で使っているアダプターも使用可能だとは思いますが自己責任で。

「ゲーム＆ウォッチボール」と比較するとボタン一つ分横幅が小さいです。画面の大きさも違いますので、全体的に「ゲーム＆ウォッチ」よりは大きめ。厚さはほとんど変わりません。

いよいよ電源を入れてみます！

電源ボタンを押すと、あっという間に電源が入ります。マリオのイラストがキレイで「ゲーム＆ウォッチ」という感じは全くしません。液晶はかなり美麗です！

「TIME」ボタンを押すと時計になります。時間帯によって画像が変わるものと思われます。

「GAME」ボタンを押すと「スーパーマリオブラザーズ」「スーパーマリオブラザーズ2」「ゲーム＆ウォッチボール」のどれかを選択して遊ぶことが可能。

液晶は残像も少ない上に明るく、非常に見やすいです。

十字ボタンはファミコンそのまま！非常に扱いやすく、思ったように操作出来ます。世の中全ての十字ボタンはこれにして欲しいレベル。

ABボタンは赤いゴム製。ファミコン世代なら四角いゴムボタンを期待するところですが、ゲーム＆ウォッチということを考えればこちらでも正解。特に悪いわけではないのですが、さすがにスーパーマリオ2を遊ぶのにゴムボタンは難しく感じました。

思い出補正があるなら買い！無いなら見送り！

USB-TypeCでの充電や美麗な液晶など、お！っと思わせる箇所も多いのですが、思い出補正がなければ税込み5000円を超える価格は高く感じるでしょう。あくまでこれはコレクターズアイテムといった位置づけ。マリオに思い入れがあれば100%買い！なければ見送りましょう。質感を含めた完成度は非常に高いので、筆者としては買って正解だと思えた商品です。

発表当初は品薄必至と思われましたが、任天堂による増産によって転売ヤーが手を出しにくい商品となりました。ただし2021年3月までの限定生産品ですので、手に入れたい方は早めに購入しておきましょう！

予約開始日に思わず2台買いしてしまう人が続出した「ゲーム＆ウォッチスーパーマリオブラザーズ」・・・昭和のオッサンには、本当にたまらない魅力のある商品でした！
