October 30, 2023, TOKYO, JAPAN - Rune Koizumi was appointed as an instructor for the general and athlete courses at the Shotokan Karate "YOSHIN-KAN '' headquarters in Tama City of Tokyo.

◆指導員・小泉瑠寧の経歴
2002年6月、新潟県で生まれ。3歳で空手道を始め、小学校2年生で初段の称号を獲得した。選手としてのキャリアが着実にスタート。県大会、インターハイ、全国大会での上位入賞から優勝経験を積み重ね、競技の最高峰を目指す努力を惜しまず。空手道の国際交流大会でも、タイ王国やオーストラリアで、日本人の空手選手のレベルの高さを証明してきた。
新潟の空手道場で5年、大学の先輩の空手道場で2年の指導経験を持ち、揚心館の指導員としてさらなる飛躍を目指す。

◆Instructor Rune Koizumi's career
Borned in June 2002 in Niigata Prefecture of JAPAN. He started karate at the age of three and earned his shodan title in the second grade of elementary school. His career as a player started steadily. He has accumulated winning experience through high rankings at prefectural tournaments, inter-high school tournaments, and national tournaments, and spares no effort in aiming to reach the pinnacle of his sport. He has also proven his high level of Japanese karate ability in international karate tournaments in Thailand and Australia.
He has 5 years of teaching experience at a dojo in Niigata and 2 years at a senior dojo at university, and he aims to make further progress as an instructor at YOSHIN-KAN.

◆空手の日々の努力が、確かな結果への鍵
わずか3歳の頃から、兄の影響で始めたことから始まりました。当初は兄の影に隠れるように、楽しむことを覚えました。しかし、小学校と中学校に進学するにつれて、親から強制的に続けるように言われました。

最初は親の意向に逆らうこともありましたが、時間が経つにつれて、空手道が私の生活に欠かせないものとなりました。ほぼ毎日の空手道の稽古は、単なる運動以上のものとなり、精神的な成長と自分自身の成長のベクトルとなってきました。

It all started when he was just 3 years old, inspired by his older brother. At first, he learned to have fun, living in his older brother's shadow. However, as I entered elementary school and junior high school, my parents forced me to continue.

At first, he sometimes went against his parents' wishes, but over time, karate became an integral part of his life. For him, daily karate practice has become more than just exercise, it has become a vector for spiritual growth and personal growth.

◆空手道が私の存在そのもの
小学校2年生で初段の称号を授与され、周囲からは、常に、努力と情熱の持ち主として評価されてきました、試合においても、小学生から現在（大学生）までの長い間、日々の練習を通じてその輝かしい成果を積み重ね、県大会、インターハイ、全国大会で上位入賞から優勝までの数々の栄誉を勝ち取りました。

空手道への情熱や対応は、自己啓発と前向きな精神が深く根付いています。自分が努力すればその分だけ成果がついてくると信じ、試合で自分の力が最大限発揮できる瞬間や目標を達成する瞬間を大切にしてきました。時には、期待に応えられない時期が続いたこともありました。しかし、いつか報われるという信念を持ち続け、ひたむきに努力し続けました。その結果、自己を信じて前進し、自身の限界を乗り越え、試合で結果を出すなど、道を切り拓いてきました。さらなる成長と優勝への情熱を胸に、今後も、数々の試合に挑み続けていきます。

◆揚心館（空手道・キックボクシング・合気柔術）
揚心館（ようしんかん）は、戦後に発展した松濤館の流れをくむ実戦空手道場です。八王子、相模原、多摩地区にて複数の松濤館流実戦空手道場が存在してきました。その中で、2000年に揚心館は松濤館流実戦空手「野崎会館」の新空手クラスとキックボクシングチーム、多摩支部から独立。2004年には東京都多摩市聖ヶ丘に本部道場を設立し、多摩市（聖ヶ丘、聖蹟桜ヶ丘、永山、貝取、唐木田）、町田市、中野区などで道場を展開しています。

揚心館は、国際松濤館の形をベースにしてきました。現在では、全日本空手道連盟や日本空手協会の松濤館の形や組手にも積極的に取り組み、伝統と実戦の技術を追求しています。また、「特異なことで世界を」をスローガンに掲げ、得意な分野で世界と交流し、自己成長や自己実現を追求しています。

◆YOSHIN-KAN （Karate, Kickboxing, Aiki Jujutsu）
YOSHIN-KAN is a martial arts karate dojo that descends from Shotokan, which developed after the war. There have been multiple Shotokan style karate dojos in the Hachioji, Sagamihara, and Tama areas. In 2000, YOSHIN-KAN became independent from the new karate class and kickboxing team of Nozaki Kaikan, a Shotokan school of practical karate, as well as the Tama branch.
